The <br />room is then ultra-low volume fogged with an approved antimicrobial (Benefect Decon <br />30). <br />• All cavities will be sealed with flame retardant 6-mil poly to seal out for testing purposes. <br />• All HEPA equipped air scrubbers will be shut down in accordance with the <br />manufacturers specifications to avoid an accidental puffback while changing out the <br />three-phase filtration device. <br />• The room/chamber will sit undisturbed for a period of 48-hours at which time the <br />Environmental Solutions Group will return to conduct the post remediation verification, <br />ensuring the microbial growth is gone. <br />• Upon receiving successful passing results, Sasser Restoration will return to take <br />containments down and remove the air scrubbers. <br />Price for Proposes Remediation: $10,714.29 <br />Clarification: <br />• This scope does not include any repairs or work outside of the “Recommended <br />Work” section of this document and if conditions were to become optimal again, <br />suspect fungal growth or mold could reform. <br />• Containments and critical barriers play a big part in remediation to ensure outside air <br />intrusions are blocked out or chambers are formed. These barriers and containments on <br />some surfaces can cause paint removal.
