MCS <br />consults with housing authorities on page design and layout, color combinations, logos and <br />page content. Page content is provided by the housing authority and inserted into the site <br />by MCS. Examples of websites created by PHA-Web can be found at http://pha- <br />websites.com/examples.aspx. <br />• Additional Pages - Optional (per page) $ 50.00 <br />Additional pages are available if a larger web page is required; in most cases, ten pages <br />are sufficient. <br />• Website Hosting (recurring fee, per quarter) $ 180.00 <br />The hosting fee includes hosting the website on MCS servers as well as minor website <br />maintenance such as changing names, addresses or content from a word document. More <br />extensive changes are evaluated on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />Domain Name Registration <br />MCS can register new domain names for the time periods listed below as well as renew or transfer existing names. <br />Domain names may incorporate a housing authority name. Example: lastname@housingauthority.org.
