Licensing fees are included in the annual subscription fee. <br />PHA-Web Annual Licensing and Software Support Subscription Fee $ 3,900.00 <br />This is the total PHA-Web Software Maintenance and Support Service fee for a one-year <br />subscription. <br />Document Imaging Annual Fee 390.00 <br />Document Imaging provides the ability to go paperless by storing scanned documents on <br />PHA-Web servers.
