Purpose: <br /> <br />Orange County, North Carolina is releasing this Request for Qualifications (hereafter <br />‘RFQ’) seeking responses from qualified consultants to provide engineering services for <br />proposed repair/repaving of parking lots on an as-needed basis for various parking lots <br />across the County organization. The County is seeking firms whose combination of <br />experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the County. Project Overview: <br /> <br />The County is responsible for the operations and maintenance of 40+ county <br />facilities, structures, and assets, with a range of uses including office, warehouse, <br />storage, parking, vehicle maintenance, communication towers, and public safety. The <br />facility portfolio includes various sizes of parking lots and driveways.
