19 <br />Project Description <br />Summit has prepared the annual capital <br />improvement program which involved assessment <br />and remediation of roadway pavements within the <br />Town’s limits. The PCS was utilized and updated for <br />determining repair methods and quantities for the <br />seasonal paving contracts. <br />We reviewed and adjusted street priorities, <br />determined cost of repairs, cost of overlays, and <br />prepared and advertised all bid documents. Once the <br />paving and repair work proceeded, we managed all <br />inspection and testing in accordance with NCDOT <br />specifications.
