He has extensive knowledge <br />and experience in Asset Management, Pavement <br />Maintenance, and Pavement Condition Surveys. <br />While at ITRE, he developed the NCDOT’s first <br />Pavement Management System, and it is still in use <br />today. Additionally, he managed over 150 projects <br />to provide pavement management systems to <br />municipalities in North Carolina, South Carolina, <br />Virginia, and Kentucky.
