7 <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />INNOVATIVE IDEAS <br />For this project, our team is using its ArcGIS online <br />platform and ArcGIS collector to streamline the PCS and <br />data workflow between pavement condition assessment <br />technicians and data managers. Summit is prepared <br />to offer additional GIS services to the County as we <br />manage mapping services, asset inventories, and project <br />dashboards for municipalities and the NCDOT. <br />CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT <br />We have directly related experience in developing <br />public agency contracts including specifications and <br />provisions, verifying contract quantities, conducting <br />pre-bid and scoping meetings, evaluating bid results <br />and recommending award. First hand knowledge of <br />conditions on the ground give us unique insights to <br />develop contract requirements. <br />CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION <br />Summit offers comprehensive management and <br />inspection services for highway construction and <br />maintenance operations. We can provide highly <br />qualified technicians who have experience in plant <br />mix and pavement preservation treatment installation, <br />inspection, and testing.
