Cost to the County $0. <br /> 10) Memorandum of Understanding between Orange County and the City of Rocky Mount <br /> for the use of two Solid Waste front end trucks slated for auction. Expired upon sale of <br /> the trucks to the City of Rocky Mount. Cost to the County $0. <br /> 11) Interlocal Agreement between Orange County and Triangle J Council of Governments <br /> that is a continuation of a partnership that began in 1988 with the United States <br /> Geological Service (USGS) to do water monitoring. Expires June 30, 2027.
