The scope of work includes a review of existing planning and development information <br /> 3 regarding this proposed facility, and the development of programming documents, a <br /> 4 preliminary/schematic design, site requirements and budget estimates. The project is anticipated <br /> 5 to require three to four months after contract award. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 An evaluation review committee consisting of the Director of Asset Management Services, the <br /> 8 Deputy County Manager, the Criminal Justice Resource Director, the Health Director, and the <br /> 9 resident Chair of the Crisis Diversion Facility Subcommittee reviewed all proposals, interviewed <br /> 10 two finalists, and unanimously selected the team of CPL Architects and RHA Health to perform <br /> 11 this work.
