Year-to-Date Budget Kirk Vaughn, (919) 245-2153 <br /> Summary Gary Donaldson, (919) 245-2453 <br /> PURPOSE: To approve budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2022-23. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Housing Department <br /> 1. Emergency Housing Assistance: On November 15, 2022 the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners selected Option Two of Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA) program <br /> direction options for program eligibility and services provided. This option continues the <br /> program, shifting to housing stability goals and adding $1,996,163 for the Emergency <br /> Housing Assistance program that provides rent and utility assistance to stabilize <br /> households. Prior allocations to the EHA program were provided in the Revenue <br /> Replacement category.
