He said there is a law enforcement interaction with the facility. <br /> 11 He said when the county built the jail, they had some sort of diversion aspect, and he assumes <br /> 12 this is an offshoot of that. <br /> 13 Travis Myren said the county would enter into a contract with a provider to operate the <br /> 14 facility. He said that the party who administers the contract has not been decided at this point. <br />
