This fee includes a follow up site visits and additional <br />construction administration services. <br /> <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />For the scope detailed above, we propose an additional lump sum fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). <br /> <br /> <br />Please let me know if you need additional information.
