20 <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (BOA) <br /> Whereas, on January 11, 223, the Orange County Board of Adjustment (BOA) met <br /> to conduct an administrative meeting. <br /> AND <br /> Whereas, the BOA reviewed, considered and adopted revised BOA Rules of <br /> Procedure. <br /> AND <br /> Whereas, the BOA reviewed, considered and adopted revised their BOA Annual <br /> Report and Work Plan to the BOCC. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment hereby amends their <br /> Rules of Procedure and forwards their Annual Report and Work Plan to the BOCC. <br /> Upon motion of BOA Member , and seconded by BOA <br /> Member the foregoing resolution was adopted this the 11t" <br /> day of January 2023. <br /> I, Tina Love, Secretary to the Board of Adjustment, HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing <br /> is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said Board at a meeting held on January <br /> 11, 2023 as relates in any way to the adoption of the foregoing and that said proceedings <br /> are maintained by the Orange County Planning Department. <br /> WITNESS my hand and the seal of said County, this day of 12023. <br /> Secretary to the Board of Adjustment <br />
