Blake has participated in the design and <br />construction management for several LEED and sustainable <br />LID projects throughout North Carolina. <br />Atrium Health, <br />Wadesboro, NC. <br />As part of a Design- <br />Build team, Timmons <br />Group provided all civil <br />engineering, landscape <br />architecture, surveying, <br />and site permitting for the <br />new Atrium Health Anson <br />Hospital. The project is <br />located on Highway 74 in <br />Wadesboro and serves as the <br />replacement facility for the <br />existing Anson Community <br />Hospital. The site consists <br />of 10 acres and includes an <br />emergency room drop off, <br />helipad, and healing garden. <br />This project was awarded an <br />Excellence in Construction <br />Award by the Associated <br />Builders and Contractors <br />Carolinas Chapter. <br />Healthpark at 42 West, <br />Garner, NC. <br />Timmons Group provided <br />traffic, extension of the <br />public water and sewer <br />lines, new road construction, <br />grading and utilities, site <br />lighting, and landscaping for <br />the new medical office park. <br />Alamance Medical <br />Site Design, Town of <br />Gibsonville, NC. <br />Civil design lead for control <br />and boundary survey, <br />parcel and plat mapping, <br />as well as recombination <br />mapping. Timmons group <br />also provided permitting <br />and stormwater services, <br />including a stormwater <br />pond and culvert design. We <br />provided fire flow testing <br />and utility hydraulic analysis <br />to determine the needs for <br />on-site water distribution. <br />Six Forks Medical Office, <br />Raleigh, NC.
