Emergency <br />Department with eight <br />treatment bays with <br />decontamination area and <br />eight bed observation unit. <br />This project also included a <br />freestanding MOB. <br />Center for Nursing & <br />Rehabilitation, Cooling <br />Tower Replacement, <br />Livingston County, NY <br />Structural Engineer for <br />this project to replace the <br />cooling tower, condenser <br />pump and VFD. The project <br />also included upsizing the <br />electrical power for the <br />larger pump and VFD. <br />University of Rochester <br />Medical Center, Imaging <br />Center, Rochester, NY <br />Provided structural design <br />for this three-story, structural <br />steel famed, medical office <br />building. This design-build <br />project was led by LeChase <br />Construction. The new 3 <br />story outpatient Imaging <br />Center features Medical <br />Office space on the top floor. <br />The new imaging center has <br />MRI & CT functions and was <br />planned as part of a new <br />medical campus on East <br />River Road. <br />Livingston County <br />Center for Nursing and <br />Rehabilitation, <br />Mount Morris, NY <br />Structural Engineer for a <br />new four-story building <br />featuring resident unit areas, <br />functional service areas and <br />a Street of Services.
