The initial effort will be to develop programming documents, <br />preliminary/schematic design, site requirements, and opinions of cost for the project, <br />The scope of the project will include, but not be limited to: <br />· Front Entrance / Waiting Areas <br />· Rear Entrance <br />· BHUC Clinical Areas <br />· Adult FBC Areas <br />· Medical Areas <br />· Facility Security <br />· Outpatient Service Areas <br />· General Purpose Areas <br />· Community Partner Offices <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task I – Validation / Schematic Design <br />CPL + RHA will lead operational planning sessions to assist in the process to establish/clarify <br />space needs, bed and chair allowances, requirements and licensing and input on design <br />specifications to ensure the best practices for service delivery. <br />In addition, we will lead parallel efforts in reviewing potential sites to house the new Crisis <br />Diversion Center. This will include assessments on property zoning, utilities, storm water <br />management, parking, and building massing to understand if the site can accommodate a <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 1920B089-58AA-4E97-8225-7BCF8DEBAAD4
