IT and AMS, who are working jointly on this project, agree that it is in the best interest of
the County to use the NCAOC’s vendor, ePlus, to install the cabling, as this vendor will also be
performing the installation of the A/V system.

The County Attorney’s office has determined that this agreement may be signed by the County
Manager.

As a reminder, The BOCC approved $215,000 in the Capital Investment Plan for FY 22-23 to upgrade
the A/V systems in three courtrooms and cover the cost of cabling and power to another two
courtrooms that NCAOC would upgrade at their cost. The BOCC also approved a Memorandum of
Agreement with the NCAOC and authorized the Manager to sign the agreement to cover the
procurement of the equipment through the same vendor, ePlus.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 1C3039A2-A7E7-42F5-BD29-ECCB38916018
