4. Orange County will provide or reimburse JBCM for all materials and <br />logistics necessary for this project, including but not limited to meeting <br />space, supplies, posting of notices and other documents, and co-hosting of <br />zoom platform for meetings. <br /> <br />5. In consideration of the JBCM’s services described herein, Orange County <br />will pay JBCM $150.00 (One hundred Fifty Dollars) an hour for all the time <br />provided by Jay Bryan to this project, including but not limited to time in <br />preparation, planning, consultations, set-up, and follow-up. The not-to- <br />exceed cost for this proposal is $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars), <br />which includes scheduling, design, facilitation, meeting summaries, and <br />final report for a minimum of six meetings up to a total of ten meetings. <br /> <br />6. Orange County will pay JBCM’s invoices within 30 days of request. Checks <br />will be payable to the order of Jay Bryan Consulting & Mediation, LLC and <br />mailed to JBCM, P.O. Box 433, Carrboro, N.C. 27510. JBCM’s federal tax <br />identification number is 84-4421810. <br /> <br />7.
