VI . CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
<br /> OCTS ensures all contractors will fulfill their contracts in a nondiscriminatory manner . While contractors
<br /> are not required to prepare a Title VI Program , they must comply with the nondiscrimination
<br /> requirements of the organization to which they are contracted . OCTS and its contractors will not
<br /> discriminate in the selection and retention of contractors ( at any level ) or discriminate in employment
<br /> practices in connection with any of our projects .
<br /> Am Contract Language
<br /> I . During the performance of this contract, the the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto
