By this Contract Amendment, the Parties amend their Grant <br /> #2020- 025 -3201 -2587, respectively (the "Agreement"), as outlined below. <br /> Except as set forth in this Contract Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unaltered and in full force <br /> and effect. Should there arise any conflict, discrepancy or ambiguity between the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and <br /> the terms and conditions of this Contract Amendment, the terms and conditions contained in this Contract Amendment shall govern and <br /> prevail. <br /> l Paragraph 3 (Term of Agreement) Progress reports are due on January 15th and July 15t' for each year <br /> DELETE : "terminate on 12/31/2022 that the grant remains open. The final report and job verification <br /> ADD : "terminate on 6/30/2024 documentation are due at the time of project completion or no later <br /> than 30 days after the grant end- date, whichever is sooner.
