2 <br /> Approval of this license agreement will allow North State Communications Advanced Services, <br /> LLC to install broadband infrastructure necessary to deploy broadband service to unserved <br /> locations in Orange County. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br /> 1) Approve the attached License Agreement between Orange County and North State <br /> Communications Advanced Services, LLC of North Carolina; and <br /> 2) Authorize the County Manager to sign the License Agreement on behalf of the County upon <br /> final approval of the County Attorney's Office. <br />
