(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Price called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners were present. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Chair Price proposed removing item 6-a from the agenda for consideration at the <br /> 25 November 101" work session, and adding a Native American Heritage Month proclamation to the <br /> 26 agenda as item 4-b. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> 29 remove item 6-a from the agenda and add item 4-b. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Chair Price dispensed with reading the public charge. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 2. Public Comments (Limited to One Hour) <br /> 36 a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> 37 <br /> 38 There was no one signed up to speak on matters not on the printed agenda. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 b. Announcements, Petitions and Comments by Board Members <br /> 44 Commissioner Fowler said she attended the Behavioral Health Task Force meeting last <br /> 45 Thursday, where the Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness presented about the <br /> 46 connection between homelessness and mental health. She said the Task Force also heard from <br /> 47 Alliance on their Network Adequacy Assessment. She said she also wholeheartedly supports <br /> 48 Commissioner Richards' request from the last meeting to examine the possibility of providing <br /> 49 universal pre-K. <br /> 50 Commissioner Greene said, on behalf of the Broadband Task Force, there is an updated <br /> 51 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on the website that people can refer to.
