The reasons for this policy <br />2999 1 are to allow Excellance: (1) to better engineer and manufacture the vehicle by obtaining the <br />3000 1 parts in advance, (2) provide better control over tracking the delivery of all parts and getting the <br />3001 1 part to the correct vehicle for which it is intended, and (3) it allows Excellance to better adhere to <br />3002 1 its production schedule. Disruptions in our production schedule are very costly and wasteful in <br />3003 1 terms of labor.
