MAP SCOPE OF WORK <br />OCDOA – PIAP <br /> <br /> <br />2017-22 MAP <br /> <br />Present evaluation results to the MAP Steering Committee in Fall 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />2022-27 MAP <br /> <br />Support MAP Housing Domain – lead Housing Workgroup Nov. 30, 2023, attend MAP <br />leadership team meetings <br /> <br />Represent MAP in affordable housing initiatives across the county such as the Orange County <br />Affordable Housing Coalition, HOPE, NC, PeeWee Homes <br /> <br />Champion MAP goals around new senior housing developments and consult with developers to <br />promote livable design. <br /> <br />Co- lead committee to plan one Aging in Community Speaker event on ADU’s with Alison Smith <br /> <br />Co-lead Solo Aging Initiative <br /> <br />Recruit and administer 2 interns. ODCOA mentors will provide day to day supervision of interns <br />and communicate with PiAP director if problems arise. <br /> <br /> MAP intern to work with DoA – Attend and scribe workgroup meetings quarterly. <br />Support workgroup leaders with collecting and tracking matrix data across all domains <br />or developing new evaluation tool per recommendation in 2017-22 MAP Evaluation. <br />Prepare quarterly updates for Aging Advisory Board review. <br /> <br /> Intern to assist in developing a comprehensive health fair and Brain Health Academy– <br />Plan in the fall and host in the Spring 2023 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 75AA4825-2105-4627-ADDE-B407FEB5DF79
