The agreement was then sent to Carrboro for their signature. <br />As the signatures for this agreement require that they be notarized, the contract was routed on paper <br />and not through DocuSign. The second amendment was signed by Carrboro on April 19th, 2022 and <br />then signed by the County Manager on April 29th, 2022. The signed amendment is included as an <br />attachment for your reference. <br /> <br />As the Second Amendment does not specify additional funds for the project, only a change in the cost <br />allocation plan, this memo serves as documentation, along with the signed Second Amendment, to <br />allocate the balance of the authorized budget for the project.
