Signs & Lighting <br />2. If located within a zoning district other than an EDD, the applicant must <br />meet the Standards of Evaluation as follows: <br />a) The project meets all applicable design standards and other <br />requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision <br />Regulations.
