3 <br />An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, North <br />Carolina, that the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />Bold = New Language <br />$tFil ethmugl3 =Deleted Language <br />Section 1: Amend Article 4, Section 4.3 entitled "Permitted Use Table" and Use <br />P19 listed Schools: Elementary, Middle, and Secondary as depicted on the attached table. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance be placed in the file of published ordinances. <br />Section 3: That this ordinance is effective upon adoption. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that this Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Orange County" is adopted. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />the _ day of <br />seconded by <br />_, the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this <br />2004, <br />I, Donna S.
