27
1 Tara May introduced the item. She said that the recommended applicant is serving on
2 two advisory boards. She said one is the Hillsborough Planning Board. She said that, according
3 to the advisory board policy, Saru Salvi would be eligible to serve on a second county advisory
4 board.
5 Commissioner Bedford said the recommended applicant brings much needed diversity to
6 the board.
7 Chair Price said her application said she served on the Affordable Housing Board.
8 Commissioner Bedford said that Saru Salvi recently resigned from the Affordable Housing
9 Board.
10 Tara May said that she did not have it in her records that Saru Salvi had resigned from
11 the Affordable Housing Board. She said she would look into the issue. She said that if Saru Salvi
12 was still on the Affordable Housing Board, the advisory board policy would allow for her to serve
13 on two boards.
14 The Board agreed by consensus on the recommended applicant.
15
16 11.
