The initial effort will be to develop programming documents, o <br /> preliminary/schematic design, site requirements, and opinions of cost for the project, <br /> LD <br /> The scope of the project will include, but not be limited to: > <br /> Y Front Entrance/Waiting Areas �i <br /> Y Rear Entrance N <br /> Y BHUC Clinical Areas rn <br /> Y Adult FBC Areas <br /> Y Medical Areas <br /> Y Facility Security <br /> Y Outpatient Service Areas <br /> Y General Purpose Areas <br /> Y Community Partner Offices <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task I -Validation/Schematic Design <br /> CPL + RHA will lead operational planning sessions to assist in the process to establish/clarify <br /> space needs, bed and chair allowances, requirements and licensing and input on design <br /> specifications to ensure the best practices for service delivery. <br /> In addition, we will lead parallel efforts in reviewing potential sites to house the new Crisis <br /> Diversion Center. This will include assessments on property zoning, utilities, storm water <br /> management, parking, and building massing to understand if the site can accommodate a <br />
