Ordinance to Board of County Commissioners 12 <br />February 3, 2004 <br />*V-D-6-c Certificates of Approval <br />*Amended <br />1/6/92 (1) A Final Plat for a minor subdivision shall show the following <br />form for Planning Department endorsement: " I hereby certify <br />that the subdivision plat shown hereon has been found to <br />comply with the Orange County Subdivision Regulations, <br />provided that this plat shall be recorded within sb4ra) ninety <br />(90) days menths of final approval, approved by the Orange <br />County Planning Department on (Date)." <br />Planning Director or Authorized Agent Date <br />(2) A Final Plat for a major subdivision shall show the following <br />form for Planning Department endorsement: " I hereby certify <br />that the subdivision plat shown hereon has been found to <br />comply with the Orange County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Provided that this plat shall be recorded within 1 year ninety <br />(90) days of final approval, approved by the Orange County <br />Planning Department on (Date)." <br />Planning Director or Authorized Agent Date
