Long-Term Planning for Potable Water and Waste Disposal: Planning for <br /> potable water and waste (wastewater and solid waste) should continue to be a topic <br /> for study (i.e., supportive infrastructure analysis) and potential discussion with public <br /> and non-profit utility providers as growth in Orange County continues. <br /> 9.
