Proposal for Longtime Homeowner Assistance Program Video Campaign <br />Client:Orange County Housing & Community Development <br />I. Iximché Media, Digital Content Creator <br />Iximché Media is a digital content and audiovisual production agency based in Efland, NC. We <br />develop independent projects and also offer services on commission for the media, nonprofit <br />organizations, institutions and individuals. We have experience making campaign videos, short <br />documentaries and other visual communications materials for print and digital media and have <br />over a decade of experience working on topics of social justice, equity and inclusion with <br />educational institutions, non-profits, government-non-profit partnerships, and grassroots <br />community organizations. <br />II. Services Offered and Timeline <br />1)Pre Production:The following tasks will be carried out in collaboration with Orange County <br />Housing and Community Development staff. Send draft for feedback for approval 11/03/2022, <br />Final sent and approved by 11/04/2022 <br />- Draft script and storyboard <br />o Identify interview locations and B-roll locations and shots <br />- Contact interview participants, set up interviews <br />- Draft interview questions <br />2)Production:To be completed by Iximché Media on 11/6 and 11/7/2022 <br />- Film 2 interviews with community partners <br />- Film B-Roll <br />3)Post Production:to be completed by 11/11/2022.Editing to be carried out by Iximché <br />Media, feedback carried out by Orange County Housing and Community Development staff. <br />- Edit and send first video draft for feedback by 12pm 11/09/2022, Receive <br />feedback for approval on first video by 5pm 11/09/2022 <br />- Send second video draft 11/10/2022 12pm,receive feedback for approval <br />on second video 11/10/2022 5pm <br />- Send final approved versions of both videos by 5pm 11/11/2022 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 046C8CCB-7EEB-4A8D-8FB8-DDDE6D4F687E
