Opening Remarks from the Chair -Vice Chair Alice Gordon called the meeting <br />to order, in the absence of Chair Brown. <br />B. Public Charge- Vice Chair Alice Gordon dispensed with the reading of the public <br />charge. <br />Commissioner Gordon said that she will open the meeting and call for the motions of <br />the BOCC and will close the meeting and Vice Chair Hunter Schofield will chair the public <br />hearing items. <br />C.
