Ordinance as Recommended by I I <br />Pluming Board and Administration <br />5) the frequency, modulation and class of service of <br />radio or other transmitting equipment; <br />6) the actual intended transmission and the maximum <br />effective radiated power of the antenna(s); <br />7) the direction(s) of maximum lobes and associated <br />radiation of the antenna(s); <br />8) certification that the NIER levels at the proposed <br />site are within the threshold levels adopted by the <br />FCC; <br />9) certification that the proposed antenna(s) will not <br />cause interference with other telecommunications <br />devices; <br />10) a written affidavit stating why "the proposed site is <br />necessary for their communications service" (e.g., for <br />coverage, capacity, hole-filling, etc.) and a statement <br />that there are no existing alternative sites within the <br />provided search area and there are no alternative <br />technologies available which could provide the <br />proposed telecommunications service enhancement <br />need without the tower. <br />a) County staff will utilize the services of a registered <br />professional engineer to confirm the state,-.,e,^+ <br />rnade4a4teR*5)-abeve the accuracy and <br />reliability of the substantive portions of data <br />provided in tower applications. No tower shall <br />be permitted to exceed its designed loading <br />capacity.. For all towers attached to existing <br />structures, the statement shall include certification <br />that the structure can support the load <br />superimposed from the tower, All towers shall have <br />the capacity to permit multiple users; at a minimum <br />monopole towers shall accommodate two (2) users <br />and self-support/lattice or guyed towers shall, at a <br />minimum accommodate three (3) users.. <br />e) Standards of evaluation. <br />1?_A proposed tower shall not be permitted if it is <br />not substantially necessary for the <br />telecommunications service need identified <br />pursuant to Subsection d. (10) of this Section. <br />442) Tower height shall be measured from the base of <br />the tower to the highest point of the proposed
