Library Services 2. The Library Services Department has received $63,336 from the State Library in non- recurring aid. The funds will be used to aid the libraries in project costs such as materials and equipment. The funds will be incurred or obligated by December 31, 2024, and expended by December 31, 2026. The grant will be authorized in the Multi-Year Fund, outside of the General Fund.
