10 <br /> This transfer request is to adjust the appropriation to correctly align with the capital needs of <br /> the District.An official Board of Education request must be made to the BOCC by CIP <br /> Project number to close or transfer funds within Orange County's CIP. This information <br /> must then be submitted to Orange County BOCC for their subsequent approval. The CIP <br /> transfers are outlined below: <br /> Transfer funds from Project#54012 Roofing and allocate the balance appropriated to <br /> that project of$1,000,000 to Project#54013 Technology. <br /> Note: This is not a new allocation or additional funding for the CIP plan, it is a <br /> budgetary transfer to align the project funding to needs within the school District. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: N/A <br /> PERSONNEL IMPACT: N/A <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve the recommended request to Orange County for the <br /> budget transfer in the Capital Improvement Plan <br /> RESOLUTION: Be it, therefore, resolved that the Board of Education approves the <br /> request to Orange County for the budget transfer in the Capital <br /> Improvement Plan <br />
