How has your organization incorporated racial equity goals into your organizational goals? <br /> <br />We actively seek candidates of color for new staff positions: a significant <br />number of our students are of color, and it is important to us that they see <br />themselves represented when they come to learn. We reach out to all <br />communities, and our programs like ESOL and Family Literacy require <br />targeting outreach to immigrant communities, in addition to those communities <br />that are typically underserved. <br /> <br />c.
