Community Empowerment Fund <br /> July 5, 2021 SCOPE OF WORK: July 2021-June 2022 <br /> Prepared for OCPEH <br /> PROJECT: PROJECT: OC Connect System Development and Maintenance <br /> 1. OC Connect - System Development <br /> 1A. Unique User Logins <br /> This cost is paid directly to Salesforce.com to provide access to OC Connect via unique logins <br /> for each partner. This includes 3 “admin-level” logins. <br /> 1B. Data Verification and Updating <br /> The resources in OC Connect have been compiled from CEF’s internal Resource Database and <br /> combined with databases used by our partners. Our team of Volunteer Advocates is trained to <br /> actively use the resource database and report any inconsistencies or necessary updates. In <br /> addition, the Resource and Financial Coaching team (made up of CEF staff) will work with a <br /> team of Advocates to annually comb through each resource and verify/update the information. <br /> The team will also seek out and incorporate other databases and resources that have not yet <br /> been included. <br /> 1C. Cyber Liability & Data Security <br /> Orange County requires that CEF have cyber security insurance to cover a potential data <br /> breach in the OC Connect system.
