She asked if the group <br /> saw other funding strategies from other counties. <br /> Gary Donaldson said that in Guilford County it was primarily funded by the tax rate and <br /> Article 46 tax funds. He said that Durham County plans a referendum. <br /> Commissioner Fowler asked if there are schools they already know they would prioritize. <br />
