Since launching in March 2020 through mid-September 2021, Helpline staff <br />have fielded over 24,000 calls and 18,000 emails, serving over 8800 households. In September 2021 the Helpline <br />received an average of 82 calls and 47 emails per day of people in housing crisis. Helpline staff offer assistance <br />using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
