Limits Of Insurance And Deducti- <br />bles <br />For purposes of the coverage provid- <br />ed by Voluntary Property Damage <br />Coverage and Care, Custody Or <br />Control Liability Coverage, Section <br />III - Limits Of Insurance <br />is amended <br />to include the following: <br />(1)The Limits of Insurance shown in <br />the Declarations are replaced by <br />the limits designated in Section <br />B. Limits Of Insurance, 16. <br />Voluntary Property Damage <br />Coverage And Care, Custody <br />Or Control Liability Coverage, <br />in this endorsement. These limits <br />are inclusive of, and not in addi- <br />tion to, the limits being replaced. <br />The Limits of Insurance shown in <br />the Schedule fix the most we will <br />pay regardless of the number of: <br />(a)Insureds; <br />(b)Claims made or "suits" <br />brought; or <br />(c)Persons or organizations <br />making claims or bringing <br />"suits". <br />(2) (a) <br />Subject to (3)below, the <br />Voluntary Property Dam- <br />age Coverage, <br />Each Occur- <br />rence Limit Of Insurance is <br />the most we will pay for the <br />sum of damages under Vol- <br />untary Property Damage <br />Coverage; <br />(b)The Care, Custody Or Con- <br />trol Liability Coverage, <br />Each Occurrence Limit Of <br />Insurance is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of damages <br />under Care, Custody Or <br />Control Liability Coverage; <br />because of all "property damage" <br />arising out of any one "occur- <br />rence". <br />(3)The Voluntary Property Dam- <br />age Coverage, <br />Aggregate Limit <br />Of Insurance is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of all damages <br />under Voluntary Property <br />Damage Coverage. <br />This limit <br />applies separately to each "cov- <br />erage term". <br />(4) Deductible Clause <br />(a)Our obligation to pay dam- <br />ages on your behalf applies <br />only to the amount of dam- <br />ages for each "occurrence" <br />which are in excess of the <br />Deductible Amount stated <br />for the applicable coverage <br />in the Schedule. The limits <br />of insurance will not be re- <br />duced by the application of <br />such Deductible Amount. <br />(b) Section IV - Commercial <br />General Liability Condi- <br />tions, 2. Duties In The <br />Event Of Occurrence, Of- <br />fense, Claim Or Suit, <br />ap- <br />plies to each claim or "suit" <br />irrespective of the amount. <br />(c)We may pay any part or all <br />of the Deductible Amount to <br />effect settlement of any <br />claim or "suit" and, upon no- <br />tification of the action taken, <br />you shall promptly reim- <br />burse us for such part of the <br />Deductible Amount as has <br />been paid by us. <br />17. Broadened Contractual Liability - Work <br />Within 50' Of Railroad Property <br />Section V - Definitions, 12. <br />"Insured con- <br />tract" is amended as follows: <br />a.Paragraph c.is replaced by the fol- <br />lowing: <br />c.Any easement or license agree- <br />ment; <br />b.Paragraph f.(1)is deleted in its entire- <br />ty. <br />18. Alienated Premises <br />Exclusion 2.j.
