Travis: could start at a staff level with SAPFOTAC to <br /> work through concerns and then use that group to <br /> escalate to boards <br /> iv. Could we go ahead and share that SAPFO is <br /> understating capacity and recommend to review <br /> process for SAPFO through the SAPFOTAC to <br /> see if need to make changes for future capacity <br /> planning <br /> v.
