I have worked in three free-standing Alcohol <br /> & Drug Treatment facilities. All of my mentally ill clients used drugs at one time or another& <br /> many were addicted. I have nursed in 12-step and non-12-step programs. I have set clients up at <br /> AA&tried to keep them off drugs. The SS Disability of$650 (approx) is so meager that buying <br /> drugs means food or cigarettes are not purchased. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I would like to serve for two reasons: (1).
