Food Council Memorandum of Understanding <br /> Original MOU was signed in 2019 <br /> At the recommendation of elected liaisons, the Food Council worked with <br /> each jurisdiction to create an MOU that was modeled after the Partnership to <br /> End Homelessness. <br /> The MOU created afull-time staff position that has oversight from the <br /> Executive Committee (4 elected liaisons, 1 from each jurisdiction). <br /> The Food Council's work is building bridges between community wisdom and <br /> decision-makers. Systems change starts with relationships and trust building. <br />
