In PY 2021 <br /> (July 1, 2020—June 30, 2022), $ 340,869 in HOME Entitlement funds were disbursed, <br /> incurring $85,217.25 in Match liability. The actual amount of Match funds disbursed for <br /> PY 2021 was $85,218.00.HUD officially tracks Match liability and contribution on the <br /> Federal fiscal year (October to September), not on Orange County HOME Consortium's <br /> Program Year (July to June). This can lead to a mismatch in how Match liability is tracked <br /> by HUD versus the Consortium. <br /> Other Resources Leveraged <br /> • Orange County was awarded North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Essential Single <br /> Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool (SFRLP) funds to rehabilitate households that are at or <br /> below 80% of AMI. The County received $190,000 in SFRLP 2020 funds. <br /> • Orange County was awarded North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Urgent Repair <br /> Program funds for emergency home repairs and modifications.
