Time constraints precluded <br /> any discussion at the time of the proposed goals, so the BOCC decided to have individual <br /> Commissioners identify later, in writing, any suggested changes to the draft goals. Staff would <br /> then schedule review of the draft 2002-03 goals, by exception, for a subsequent BOCC meeting <br /> or work session. All proposed changes have been provided under separate cover for the <br /> Board's consideration and discussion at this April 3 work session. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact associated with consideration of the <br /> FY 2002-03 goals. Any significant fiscal impacts associated with a particular goal are laid out in <br /> the "Financial Impact/Resource Requirement" section of that individual goal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review the proposed <br /> changes to 2002-03 goals, provide appropriate direction to staff on changes that should be <br /> made formally to the goals in question, and consider all other FY 2002-03 draft goals as <br /> formally approved in the form in which they were presented for the February 2, 2002 retreat. <br />
