3
Orange County Community Advisory Committee
To: Board of County Commissioners
From: Autumn Cox, Regional Ombudsman
Re: Reappointment of Shade Little and Karen Green - McElveen
Date: October 14, 2022
On behalf of the Orange County Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee, I would like
to recommend Shade Little and Karen Green — McElveen be reappointment to the committee.
Both members do an excellent job advocating for residents and have completed all necessary
training now that members are going back into the facilities. Shade currently serves as chair and
both him and Karen are valued members on the committee and well respected among their
peers. Both have excellent attendance.
Please let me know if you need additional information to move this recommendation forward.
Autumn Cox
Regional LTC Ombudsman
