System is extended will be served by a public water <br /> system; <br /> III. Issues to be addressed related to public water systems <br /> providing public water. to homes served by a System <br /> extension include: <br /> A. consistency with State law regarding interbasin <br /> transfers; - <br /> B. Eno River Capacity Use Agreement review; <br /> C. the -extent and the impact of augmenting surface water <br /> supply with large capacity wells; <br /> D. the existence of a State approved water supply plan <br /> for the public water supply system; <br /> E. to the extent it can reasonably be determined, the <br /> impact on ground water resources including recharge <br /> capabilities of ground water resources in the area of <br /> public water supply system wells augmenting surface <br /> water supply; <br /> F, the following issues with respect to the Orange <br /> Alamance Water System: <br /> 1. Land Use and Zoning: OAWS plans to coordinate its <br /> efforts with Orange County Land Use Plan, Zoning <br /> Regulations and Efland Area Sewer System Rules. <br /> 2. Master Plan - Long Range System Plan and Design <br /> a. Status of State action on Water Supply Plan. <br />
