ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO AMEND : <br /> By executing this Letter Agreement, Landlord hereby agrees to the terms of this Letter Agreement and the <br /> amendment of Section 23 of the Lease such that the Inspection Period shall now expire on Monday, <br /> November 21 , 2022 . With such signature , no further amendment to the Lease shall be required in order to <br /> accomplish such revision to the Lease .
