Outside Agencies/Human Services <br /> <br /> <br />neighborhoods. Twenty five percent of EI’s tenants were cultivated through the FAS <br />relationship. <br /> <br />Community Empowerment Fund works with residents that are transitioning which includes <br />housing. Their clients experience hardships and instability causing other landlords to turn <br />them away. Partnered with “House Us Now” <br /> <br />OCAHC placed EI at the table with housing non -profits seeking positive solutions to the <br />affordable housing. Opportunity to share resources, peer support and advocacy. <br /> <br /> <br />5. If you are not awarded a Community Impact Award, what would your agency’s funding request be? <br />EI understands that the Impact award is only awarded to a limited number of organizations <br />and that an organization can only be awarded this grant 2 years consecut ively. While this <br />award is a vital part of EI’s budget to operate at the current capacity, EI would continue to <br />request funding from the Human Services general fund.
